Snuggle up with The Library’s Winter Reading Challenge! Track your reading, write reviews, and create fun picture reviews to earn points. Each point brings you closer to completing the challenge and earning a special prize!
Kids and teens 18 and under: earn 100 points to complete the program!
For the 5 and under crowd, we recommend logging the number of books read. Sign up for both the Winter Reading Challenge and 1000 Books Before Kindergarten, and make your reading count double.
Kids and teens ages 6 to 18, log your reading by either minutes or books, write reviews, and complete activities to build up your points. Keep an eye out each week for new activity challenges to earn your points faster.
Adults: earn 30 points to complete the program!
Adults ages 18+, your goal is to earn 30 points. We recommend adults log their reading by books, and one book and one review per month will earn you all the points you need to complete the club.
Prizes
Complete the program and earn the official Winter Reading Challenge prize. Everyone will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate to Amazon. There will be 3 winners aged 5 and under, 3 winners aged 6 to 12, 3 winners aged 13-18, and 3 winners 19+.
Register and log however works for you:
1. Either sign back into your Beanstack account or create one for the first time.
2. Download the Beanstack Tracker app (available for iOS and Android; just search for “Beanstack Tracker”) and either sign back into your Beanstack account or create one for the first time.
3. Stop by any library to register and ask for help logging!
