The Library provides Interlibrary Loan as a supplemental service to obtain items you want that are not owned in The Library's collection. The Library can often borrow additional items from libraries in our district service area, from around the state, and from across the nation.
Check on your Interlibrary Loan requests in your Encore account. A few days after you have submitted a request, log in to your account and click on "Interlibrary Loan." You will see your requested titles and the status. It will say "Awaiting Arrival" when The Library is waiting for the item, and "Ready for Pick-up" when it is ready for checkout at the home library listed on your account.
Rules of Interlibrary Loan:
If you submitted an ILL request online through Encore between September 20 and September 29, your request was lost in a computer glitch. Please resubmit the request online or call any of our libraries so staff can resubmit your request.
