Association of Fundraising Professionals
The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) is the professional assocation of individuals responsible for generating philanthropic support for a wide variety of nonprofit, charitable organizations. Founded in 1960, AFP was formerly the National Society of Fund Raising Executives.
Association of Small Foundations
The Association of Small Foundations (ASF) formed to assist smaller foundations. ASF's mission is to provide information and assistance to those offices having five or fewer persons and a portfolio that includes all aspects of foundation work: public relations, writing letters, cutting checks, mailing and processing grant applications, working with trustees and grantees, managing assets, tax matters, etc.
