Come join us at a Book Club. Book Club meets the 3rd Thursday of every month at 5:30 PM at the Elizabethville Area Library (basement meeting room unless otherwise noted). The Friends of the Elizabethville Area Library are having a Membership Drive for 2026. The “FRIENDS” is a nonprofit organization that loves what our library does for each of us. It supports the library through fund-raising and volunteer work and is a strong support group of the Lively Minds Series, Author on the Road Program, programs for children and adults and Children’s Community Outreach. The Friends are also dedicated to promoting and enhancing the library and its services. Visit the Library to see what enhancements The Friends contributions have helped provide.

The Friends Book Nook inside the Shops on Market (located across from the library) offers books for sale all year round.
